Terms and Conditions

1. Mares are served, and may stay at Stud for the convenience of, and only at owner’s risk.
2. All Mares must be UNSHOD behind.
3. All visiting Mares will be wormed.
4. All Mares without foals require a clean C.E.M. Swab Certificate.
5. The above particulars of the Mare, including name, colour, breeding (passport with Registered Mares) must be submitted when the Mare is delivered.
6. The person is charge of the Stallion reserves the right to refuse any Mare thought unfit for service.
7. It is in the Mare owner’s interest to vaccinate their Mare against TETANUS, and ‘FLU, and have them insured.
8. Stallion Stud Fees payable on terms advertised. This payment covers future service during current season, but does not provide for the Mare to be substituted or guarantee the Mare to be in foal.
9. Keep charges are in respect of feed, and accommodation. Blacksmith and or vet fees are not included, and are at the discretion of the Stud. Mares not requiring these services should state this on the Nomination.

11. We advise that mares are scanned for pregnancy before leaving the Stud.
12. The account will be settled in full before the Mare leaves the Stud. All accounts are strictly net.
